Final scope and delivery dates are agreed in writing before payment. Domain, hosting and third-party subscriptions are separate. Applicable taxes are confirmed before signing. Search rankings, leads and sales are not guaranteed.

We test the agreed features, complete included revisions and show you how to use your website and tools.
Support after launch.
Optional care plan: $149/month for routine monitoring, updates and backup checks, plus one combined hour of troubleshooting or small changes. Unused time does not roll over.
On-demand support: $125/hour, with a one-hour minimum per request and 30-minute increments afterward. We agree on a spending limit before work begins.
Support terms are agreed separately. Neither option starts automatically. New features, ongoing SEO campaigns and third-party charges are separate.

Project terms
Work begins after a signed agreement, initial payment and required onboarding materials. Your written agreement defines the scope, delivery milestones, revisions, ownership, support, cancellation and refunds. The initial payment is not automatically forfeited. This website does not replace your signed agreement.

Information and how it is used
This business website has no contact form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Its hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address and requested URL; technical logs may be used to investigate security or service problems.
If you email us or book a consultation, we receive the contact details, meeting information and project details you provide. We use them to answer your inquiry, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and keep related business records.
The separate demo saves submitted contact details, vehicle and service selections, and the resulting estimate or review request. Use fictional details. Submissions are used to demonstrate and test the system; they do not book an appointment or send a notification. If you submitted real information and want it removed, contact us.
Service providers and external services
We use DigitalOcean for hosting, Namecheap Private Email for our business mailbox, Calendly for scheduling, Zoom for meetings, and Stripe when issuing payment requests. Information needed for those functions is processed by the relevant provider. Demo submissions are stored in our hosted n8n system.
Calendly opens as a separate website when you choose to book. Its cookies and handling of information are explained in its privacy notice. Other providers also apply their own privacy terms when you use their services. This website does not collect payment-card details.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept for the purposes described above, including ongoing inquiries, agreed services, necessary business records and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is held; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion schedule.
You can ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing follow-ups by emailing jkhods@khodsdigital.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances.
Changes
Updates will be published here with a revised effective date. If we add forms, analytics, advertising or other data uses, we will review this notice and the controls needed before enabling them.
